Why yoga?
After practicing yoga on and off for a while, purely in my search for a skinny body, one day it hit me that I hadn't thought about how much I hated my body, critiqued myself in the mirror all class or compared myself with others in the room for a whole yoga class. It was like a huge burden had lifted and for that one hour I felt peace with myself and my body. From then on my relationship with yoga changed and I was hooked.
I have experienced the benefits for body, mind and soul and love sharing it with other like minded women.Â
It was my saviour from anxiety, depression and burnout. Maybe it could be yours too?
