Mindful Monday: Tips on managing lockdown anxiety

 

This weekend the UK announced another lockdown is coming in just a few days. Many of us are closing down our businesses again after working so hard to re-open, some of them won't ever re-open.

There's no doubt this news is tough to take, today we spoke about how we are coping with the news and some ways that we may be able to manage the anxiety that comes with it.
